We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

Diagnose and manage neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions

Coordinate outpatient rehabilitation and develop personalized treatment plans

Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials

Conduct physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation

Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives if desired

Qualifications include MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and a valid NY medical license. Experience with pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
