Leads the nursing team, promoting service excellence aligned with ICARE values, and supports staff onboarding, education, and professional growth. Manages problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and resource utilization, ensuring clinical and operational standards are met. Fosters employee and physician engagement, maintains a positive environment, and models professionalism.
