Counselor, Therapist, Master’s level, Licensed (SEX OFFENDER SPECIALIST)

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to diverse adult clients.

Conduct sex offender-specific evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling tailored to clients’ needs, including PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics.

Support clients on federal probation, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal standards.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in research to improve practices.

Stay current with trends in sex offender mental health care.

Requirements: Master’s degree, NM counseling license, proficiency in assessments, experience with diverse populations, trauma-informed care knowledge, excellent communication, and confidentiality skills.
